This non-exclusive license agreement between Billiter Consultants of Laurel, Maryland ("We") and you, the end user, is effective when you first possess the ipLease product. By executing any of the ipLease product's constituent programs, including the self-extracting executable in the distribution package, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms in this agreement, or if you belatedly find ipLease unsuitable to your environment, you must immediately: 1) note the ipLease product serial number, 2) destroy the distribution files and all files that were produced in the self-extraction process, and 3) certify their destruction to us at Support@Billiter.com. The certification of destruction must be made by an officer of your organization, and it must include the ipLease product serial number; we will refund the purchase price less $50 for administrative work to retire the serial number if you notify us of your declination within 10 days of your receipt of the ipLease software.
This agreement will terminate automatically when you destroy all the files comprising the ipLease product.
We own ipLease and we grant you the right to use one instance of ipLease DHCP Server, the dhcpsvr.exe program, on one computer. You may move the ipLease DHCP Server to another computer as your needs dictate, but you may not execute more than one instance of ipLease DHCP Server at a time. Further, we grant you the right to use any of ipLease's supporting utilities (all files other than dhcpsvr.exe) within your organization as your operational needs require, including the use of multiple instances on several computers if you desire.
You must acknowledge receipt of the ipLease software by serial number to Support@Billiter.com.
You may not lease or rent the ipLease product, but you may permanently transfer this license to another entity if the receiver agrees to the terms of this license. In this event, notify Support@Billiter.com of the transfer.
You may copy any or all of the ipLease product files for backup and recovery purposes under any reasonable scheme you devise within your organization, so long as you assure the copies remain under your control. You may never copy any of the ipLease product files for distribution to others, with or without a fee.
We provide the ipLease product "as is", without warranty of any kind, and we will not be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages that are in any way related to the ipLease product. In no event shall our liability ever exceed the price paid for the license to use ipLease.
This is the entire agreement and it shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable. The failure of either party to enforce any provision shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of that party's right to subsequently enforce every provision of this agreement. This agreement shall be binding on any successors of the parties.
