The prices shown below are for single usage licenses. Multiple ipLease licenses within an organization are usually eligible for multiple license discounts (MLD), which may be substantial.

Maintenance (support) includes: free upgrades to all ipLease components either for problem fixes or for feature improvements within a major version number, like 1.xx version, 2.xx version. The major version is the number that precedes the decimal point. We will provide free configuration for supported customers with 50 or fewer leases, several times, if necessary. We will respond to your queries about our product, but you should read the ipLease DHCP Server's help file section about troubleshooting problems first. To obtain support, you must e-mail us at Support@Billiter.com and include your serial number, which is displayed by the ipLease DHCP Server and its supporting utilities.
New customers will receive 60 days free maintenance from the date that the ipLease software was delivered. The one-year fee applies to the year following the free maintenance period.
We may publish common fixes or upgrades on the Internet for you to read and possibly download. Please see our Web site at WWW.Billiter.com for information about versions, fixes, and the FAQ. We may use the Web page to make available upgrades, fixes, or feature information at our discretion and you should consult it first when something is amiss.

All orders should be submitted via our on-line order forms, regardless of the payment or delivery method.
We accept credit cards and PayPal from customers in the United States and in countries to which we may export ipLease. The software distribution is made available for immediate download.
We will accept a verifiable purchase order from organizations in the United States. Please alert your purchasing department to expect our invoice. We provide download instructions when the P.O. is verified and we expect payment upon receipt of our invoice.
Before you order, please read our license agreement. Succinctly, it permits you to use ipLease DHCP Server on a single machine for each usage license you purchase from us. The supporting utilities may be used anytime, anywhere within your organization, and you may copy our files for backup purposes under any reasonable emergency recovery scheme you devise for your organization. You may never distribute our software to others, with or without a fee, which is a copyright infringement in the US and a violation of international treaty elsewhere. If you wish to run multiple instances of ipLease DHCP Server within your organization, you must order multiple licenses.
